Black Lion Property is the Group's property development and investment division, building and curating luxury residential and commercial real estate since 2016. Its portfolio spans apartments, penthouses, townhouses, single residential homes and commercial offices.
Each one carries the same signature design language: marble finishes, bespoke millwork, integrated smart-home technology and resort-style outdoor entertainment. The portfolio now spans three continents.

Every Black Lion Property development is delivered in full compliance with the building, planning and registration requirements of the regions we operate in - from South Africa's National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and national building standards, to the Florida Building Code and licensing requirements in the United States, and the building-permit and planning regulations in Italy. We work only with appropriately registered architects, engineers and contractors, and every project carries the necessary statutory approvals.
