We develop and own our portfolio.
Black Lion Property is a vertically integrated property business. We develop and own our portfolio rather than building to order: acquiring land and buildings, securing the rights, and taking each project through design, architecture and construction, then selling, letting and managing the finished homes and buildings ourselves.
We also acquire existing properties, renovating them and integrating smart-home technology by BLG Automation before we sell or let them. Every home and building we own is managed in-house to a single signature standard, recognisable from Pretoria to Palm Beach.
