Black Lion Group is a diversified group spanning property, mining, machinery and automation. Black Lion Property (BLG Property) is its property development and investment division, building and curating luxury residential and commercial real estate since 2016 - from the ground up and beyond.
Black Lion Property is a vertically integrated property business - we develop and own our portfolio rather than building to order. We acquire land and buildings, secure the rights, and take each project through design, architecture and construction, then sell, let and manage the finished homes and buildings ourselves.
We also acquire existing properties, renovating them and integrating smart-home technology before we sell or let them - and every home and building we own is managed in-house to a single signature standard, recognisable from Pretoria to Palm Beach.
